The Korean Culture and Information Service of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism  has prepared a festival to bring comfort and hope to everyone who is tired from COVID-19. Introducing to you, “Korea Contents Week = KOCOWEEK.”  KOCOWEEK aims to introduce the global citizens to beautiful Korean culture hidden behind the traditional giwa (Korean traditional roof tile) doors. Enjoyed around the world, Korea Contents Week of the Global Korean Culture Festival, has started. As the Global Korean Culture Festival marks its first year, many of you may be unaware of Korea Contents Week. Hosted by the Korean Culture and Information Service of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Korea Contents Week aims to share Korean culture with the world in an easier and more fun way. There will be various events related to Korean culture with Korean Cultural Centers in seven countries, as well as Korean cultural contents online.  Although Korea is rising in status by gaining popularity from Korean dramas, K-POP, and movies, interest in Korean culture is still focused on pop culture. [KOREA CONTENTS WEEK]  코코윅과 함께 떠나는 7개 재외한국문화원 현지 축제 코코윅과 함께 떠나는 7개 재외한국문화원 현지 축제 - 매력 넘치는 한국문화가 시공간의 제약을 넘어 전세계인들에게 즐거움으로 찾아갑니다.  문화체육관광부 해외문화홍보원에서는 코로나19로 지친 당신의 일상에 한국문화로  위로와 희망을 드릴 수 있는 축제를 준비했는데요.  바로 ‘코리아 콘텐츠 위크’ = ‘코코윅’ 행사입니다.  코코윅은 한국의 전통 기와 문 뒤에 숨겨진 매력 넘치는 한국문화를 세계인들에게 소개하기 위한 목적으로 진행됩니다.
