[Kculturescene] All about the Korean culture festival linked to the Stourbridge International Festival of Glass

Expanding Horizons: Contemporary Glass from Korea Promoting Korean culture at the Stourbridge International Festival of Glass! The International Festival of Glass is a festival that takes place in the historical City of Stourbridge. Stourbridge is a city in the West Midlands of the UK that has about 400 years of history in glass craftsmanship. This festival is held every two years and attracts nearly 300 glass craftsmen and thousands of visitors from all around the globe. This year is special in that the theme of the festival is Eastern Asia and will spotlight the works of artists from Korea, Japan, and China.   The KCULTURESCENE has been promoting Korean culture around the world in collaboration with the Korean Culture and Information Service and the Korean Cultural Centers abroad. The Korean Culture and Information Service promotes various aspects of Korean culture via the website and the official SNS channel of KCULTURESCENE as well as holding various events outside of Korea. The top K-Pop artists have sent video messages to celebrate the holding of KCULTURESCENE 2022 that’s taking place in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand, Belgium, the UK, and Hungary. The year 2022 is a special year as it marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea. [KOREA CONTENTS WEEK]  코코윅과 함께 떠나는 7개 재외한국문화원 현지 축제 코코윅과 함께 떠나는 7개 재외한국문화원 현지 축제 - 매력 넘치는 한국문화가 시공간의 제약을 넘어 전세계인들에게 즐거움으로 찾아갑니다.  문화체육관광부 해외문화홍보원에서는 코로나19로 지친 당신의 일상에 한국문화로  위로와 희망을 드릴 수 있는 축제를 준비했는데요.  바로 ‘코리아 콘텐츠 위크’ = ‘코코윅’ 행사입니다.  코코윅은 한국의 전통 기와 문 뒤에 숨겨진 매력 넘치는 한국문화를 세계인들에게 소개하기 위한 목적으로 진행됩니다.
